IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICHEVER IS LESS).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeamsName.us, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
